Like I said before, this piece was inspired by the bosses and their love of music mixed with my deepest appreciation for music during the summertime. I had a customer come in recently who thought it was strange to feel a deeper connection to music during a particular season instead of all year round. I guess that makes me a weirdo! Is it also weird that I have favorite tapes within the piece? 
Ultimate favorite... this tape has Goodnight Moon recorded on it. One of my favorite childhood stories!
I just think that these ones are pretty. :)
Sounds silly, but you spend enough time painting, arranging, and gluing these things you find a few that you like and make sure they end up in the right spots. Details, people, details.
