Somni

Somni means dream in Catalan—but not the wispy, disappears-when-you-wake-up kind.
More like the ones that linger. The ones with texture.

These pieces started with raw freshwater pearls Betsy found in Tucson—irregular, unruly, impossible to make identical. Pearls that look like they’re mid-thought. Mid-motion. Paired with gold, diamonds, and strong lines, they became a study in contrast we keep coming back to: refined and feral, smooth edges hemming in something untamed.

The Somni collection is about that in-between space—where softness meets strength, and beauty doesn’t bother smoothing itself out. Each pearl is its own shape, its own mood. No two are the same. Just like dreams. Just like people.
