As a lover of weddings, I look forward to this time of year as a chance to celebrate love, sure, but also as an opportunity to dress up! In a city as casual as Portland, the opportunities to get your fancy on are few and far between, and I love how these ladies show that dressing up doesn't have to mean going out and spending a lot of money on expensive accessories.
