Ashley always looks amazing at work, but this dress has the head turning factor that makes even those people who see you 5 days a week stop and take notice; plenty of "daaaaaaaang, girl"s were uttered on this day.
I love how she kept her jewelry relatively simple to let the flattering neckline and subtle star print really shine. This dress is cut beautifully to show off Ashley's colorful tattoos. Points if you catch the dress print/tattoo symmetry!
