It's 4:27 in the morning. Will and I are still at the shop processing new photos that we've just taken of new jewelry designs that should, by the time you're reading this, be available for sale on our site. Our flight for New York (we're heading to NYIGF as sellers (and buyers, too) for the very first time...eeeeeeeek!!!) leaves in 4.5 hours and we haven't even started packing yet. Needless to say-->>> OH. MY.

It's my turn to write something in our new series called "Inspired by" wherein any of us tell you anything that is currently inspiring us. I worked up what I wanted to share--something about new music, a special album/song..something like that. But when I came in to work today, my plans got turned upside down.
Gingham is not too happy with us right now. She's thrown over all the couch pillows.
Most days, I walk into work and kind of can't believe how far we've come. I can't believe this shop is ours, this thing that we've built. How did we even get here? And then I look around me and I see these hands, these faces, I feel the love. The hardwork and dedication of our crew brings tears to my eyes. We couldn't ask for a better, more creative, more dedicated team. They all care so much about the work they do here and it shows. So today, I'm inspired by them. They make me want to work even harder. (Love you guys!!!) And...wish us luck! We are most definitely racing against the clock right now (posted at 4:47 AM). 
Look at that FACE! Can a man get some sleep around here!?
